HUKU KWETU RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

The safety of our guests and employees is Huku Kwetu’s top priority. As such, we have removed all our serviced apartments from sale until April 5th, 2020. Our corporate houses are still open for those with long term stays, however, no weekly cleaning will be undertaken but clean linen and supply will be left for you in the compound.

We understand that many of our guests’ plans are impacted by this – please don’t worry, we are doing everything we can to assist you.

We’d like to remind all guests who made bookings directly with us on hukukwetu.global under our ‘FREE CANCELLATION’ rate that they can cancel their stay free of charge up until 12 noon (local time) prior to their arrival date.

We’d also like to reassure our guests who have booked directly with us on hukukwetu.global under our ‘PAY NOW AND SAVE’ rate that we have increased the flexibility on this arrangement — you can now change the dates on these bookings free of charge. (Rate changes may apply and must be rebooked by December 31st 2020).

Guests booking via third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

This CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) situation will remain under review, and we will continue to provide regular updates.

We plan on re-opening our short term rentals ( Corporate housing and vacation rentals)  once it’s safe to do so, and all the team at Huku Kwetu look forward to welcoming our guests back as soon as possible. Until then, stay safe.
